Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the official website of Longsunmotor, and specifies the order processing time, shipping methods, delivery areas, and special circumstances for all shipments.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders will generally be processed within 1–2 business days upon successful payment confirmation and verification of all order details. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. All order processing timelines are based on Pacific Time (PT).In the event of temporary stock unavailability for any item, we will notify customers via email and provide available solutions, including waiting for restock or cancelling the order for a full refund.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders are shipped from our partner fulfillment warehouses in the United States and delivered by reliable carriers such as FedEx.Carrier selection may be flexibly adjusted based on warehouse location, package specifications, and delivery destination. Due to their large size and heavy weight, certain bumpers will be shipped in two separate packages. This arrangement is made to optimize shipping costs and minimize the risk of package damage during transit.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

For orders shipped to the contiguous United States, delivery is estimated to take 4–7 business days after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary due to force majeure factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Eligible orders shipped to the contiguous United States qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping fees related to returns and exchanges will be handled in accordance with the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

At this time, we do not offer direct shipping to the following locations:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. overseas territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, etc.)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Customers located in restricted areas may opt to use a third-party freight forwarder at their own discretion. In such cases, Longsunmotor shall only be responsible for delivering the goods to the forwarder's address provided by the customer.

6. Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers may track their shipment status on the carrier’s official website.

7. Shipping Issues & Exceptions

If a package is lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, customers must contact us at customerservice@longsunmotor.com within 7 days of delivery, and provide relevant order information and supporting photos. We will assist in coordinating with the carrier to resolve the issue. Additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers, failed delivery attempts due to no one being available to receive the package, or other such customer-related reasons shall be borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to revise this Shipping Policy as needed based on actual circumstances. All policy changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
