Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through Longsunmotor. All products are sold exclusively to customers in the United States and shipped from US fulfillment warehouses.

For all return or exchange requests, please contact us via email at customerservice@longsunmotor.com to obtain a return label. When applying for a return label, provide photos of the product to be returned and your order number to help us process your request more efficiently.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In the original packaging

For large or heavy items (bumpers, roof racks, truck bed racks): these items are eligible for return under the same conditions. Due to their size and weight, our team will confirm the return shipping method and label with you via email within 2 business days of your request. Eligibility is based solely on whether the item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging — not on size or weight.

Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

If a return is requested for reasons other than product defects, the customer shall bear the return shipping costs.

We will send you the estimated return label fee via email before you confirm the return. You are not charged until you approve the label.

After our return center receives and inspects the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If any fees need to be deducted (e.g., handling fees), we will contact you via email and inform you of the specific amount.

Returns or Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged product or an incorrect item shipped to you, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or videos that prove the issue. In case of an incorrect product specification, please provide the specific size information for us.

After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for you, and all related shipping costs will be borne by Longsunmotor.

Shipping Damage

If your order is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work with our logistics partners to formulate a reasonable solution, including a replacement or a refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

If an order has already been shipped, a cancellation fee and shipping costs may apply. If the order is in transit, we will request our logistics partner to intercept the order. If the interception fails, please follow our return policy to process the order.

Missing Parts

If any parts are missing from your received product, please contact our customer service team with your order number and specific details, and provide the shipping address for the replacement parts. After verification, we will ship the missing parts to you at no charge within 3–5 business days.
